Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. While the initial room felt like a prison cell until we were moved to a better one, the lifts were quite a hassle. However, our new room on the 7th floor with a lovely patio provided an outstanding view of the sea. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, though lacking a kettle for hot drinks, which seems to be a common trend in Italian hotels I've visited.
I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking cliff-top views over Sorrento from my room. The vibrant colors of lemon, orange, and green added so much cheer to my stay. The big balcony with sun loungers was amazing, and the staff even made sure I had softer pillows and extra hangers upon request. However, the price could be a bit high for some.
Waking up to a marvelous view of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius from the balcony was incredible. The rooms were clean, airy, and had good soundproofing, but sitting out on the balcony offered a different experience. The softer pillows and extra hangers I requested were promptly provided, enhancing my stay. The service was exceptional with friendly and attentive staff, especially Nino and the restaurant team. The location on the top of the hill provided stunning views over Sorrento and the bay, making it a lovely walk to town. The dining experience was wonderful, though I missed having fresh citrus fruits. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, and I had clean towels daily with plenty of toiletries. Although the decor was a bit bland, the bed was large and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I enjoyed watching Freeview on the TV. The huge bathroom and great view added to the comfort of the room.
The hotel offers a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the town and port, equipped with all necessary amenities. The service is exceptional with a welcoming and hospitable staff. The location provides breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius from various angles, making it an ideal base for exploring nearby attractions. The dining experience is top-notch, offering high-quality and diverse options. However, the facilities could be improved for a more luxurious stay.
I couldn't get enough of the delightful rooms with a balcony overlooking the harbor where I enjoyed the glorious views each morning and evening. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, maintaining a perfect temperature of 17 degrees. However, I found the decor a bit bland and unremarkable.
